There's so much that can be said about uncle. He was ( that's so hard to write) loving, kind, generous and so funny. He became my father when my father (his brother) passed away. I am ever grateful for everything he did for me. He made friends with everyone, my classmates from 1982 still remember him and now I'm grown up, he even made friends with my neighbours. He was my son's godfather and they had a secret handshake between them. He always called my little family the G's because my neighbour couldn't say my husband's name properly. I know that so many people cared about uncle and it's heart warming to read the tributes but it is also very painful. We give praise and thanks to God to know that he is safe with the Lord.
