Uncle Segun was such a rare personality who lived an unusual life of love, openness, selfless service with such simplicity and conviviality. One cannot recall seeing him without a smile, even in the most awkward circumstances. He lived a full life, generously opening his heart, his home and his knowledge and experiences of life in a most amazing way. Now, one wishes his life and times could have been captured in real time video for many to learn principles of love, leadership and service, at home, at work and in the community. He gave so much and asked for little in return. As a medical doctor, he was extremely hardworking, committed, compassionate, and sacrificial. He practiced with great passion and touched so many lives. He was a leader and trained so many. He ran his course so admirably and earned the respect that many in revered positions, alive or dead could not attain. Such an enigma. To say he will be sorely missed is an understatement !!!! May The Lord Who blessed Aunty Jumoke and the entire family, through the life of such an unusual man, comfort his entire family and Mama, the way He alone can. We thank God for such a great man.
