It is with a very sad and heavy heart I write about Uncle as I knew and fondly called him, Uncle as my husband came and fondly joined in calling him, "Uncle Dr" as many in my generation (in the family) referenced him in our conversations about him, and Dr. Segun or "Segun" as the older ones in family called him. Uncle, If there was a better and stronger word for "LOVE", that could have been the word to describe you. You had and gave unconditional love to us all; both young and old, inside and outside of your immediate family, relatives included; lovable and unlovable. Being around you was treasurable to hearts like mine. You gave us reasons to feel free to come to your open arms with lots of joy, laughter and your interminable smile. Uncle, we loved you so much and wanted you here on earth, but GOD wanted you Home with HIM!!! We miss you so so much Uncle! We miss you! Heaven gained! Kate & Innoh
