DR SEGUN GEORGE IS GONE! I am writing with tears in my eyes, a pondering mind, a devastated heart, with the burden of the unanswered question for ages: Why do extremely good, kind, compassionate, considerate and selfless people just die for being good? Why should Dr Segun George, the God ordained apostle of joy, hope, restoration, love and stability to many homes in Nigeria, a distinguished medical Doctor of repute, be a victim of COVID19? Dr George was a Doctors Doctor! He saw his medical profession as calling to help people, not an avenue to make money. When I read about medical Doctors, claiming to be the first to help families with fertility challenging in Nigeria, to become happy homes with children, I will be laughing. Saying to myself, how I wish, they knew, since Dr Segun George has been giving hope to hopeless families and restoring homes. All in the quite area of Bariga, Lagos, without making noise. No hospital signage nor media publicity. This great man, full of humility, joy and love just left us like that! My beloved birthday mate! My Ègbón, my friend, my physician and consultant, I am missing you oooo! ,😭😭😭 Can somebody please inform the State and Federal governments that a great man, a "People Doctor" just passed to glory. He deserves a national award for his selfless services to humanity. For leaving for people, rather than living on them. The immediate and extended family members, patients, friends, colleagues, associates and your staff will miss you greatly! I know that you will make heaven Dr! This is my joy, that you are resting peacefully with our Lord Jesus Christ! On the last day we shall see, and separate no more! Dr George, keep sleeping in the Lord!
